Alex David ’08 recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at San Francisco State University.
Melissa Dean ’08 experienced a stellar experience as a college swimmer at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma. As a 4-year varsity swimmer for PLU, Melissa holds 5 PLU records, earned 7 NW Conference honors, and helped her team finished first in the NW Conference the past two years. Melissa graduated last spring with a degree in accounting and begin working at KPMG last fall.
Ryan Thomas ’08 recently graduated from the Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Cyber Operations, a brand new program for the academy and an area of expertise in high demand at the Department of Defense. Ryan will begin his career as a Commissioned Officer in Submarine Warfare after some additional training in South Carolina and Connecticut.
Serena Bernthal-Jones ’09 is majoring in Economics at Carleton College and spent a semester in Africa studying Community Health.
Hannah Ward ’09 is busy this summer shooting her final project and capstone film, “Phi.” Hannah is a student at Columbia College Chicago pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Cinema Art and Science. The film features a female protagonist that is complex and different than most women’s roles in mainstream media. Follow Hannah’s progress on her Facebook page here.
