Extended Daycare is Looking for a Part-time Teacher: St. John School, Extended Daycare is looking for a part-time Lead Teacher. The position is Monday through Friday, 2:30-6pm. Our program is open year-round and is available to children 3-12 years old. The job consists of supervising a group of children. Duties include:

  • Planning and implementing arts/crafts, science projects
  • Helping with homework
  • Organizing games and outdoor group games and activities
  • Daily cleaning

The successful candidate must be willing to meet the Catholic Archdiocese of Seattle and the Washington State Licensing requirements, 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Early childhood education or taking classes in early childhood education is preferred. Wage depends on experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.00 to $21.82 /hour
