Auction News

St. John School Auction, presented by Fremont Dock Co.

Fun Fact: The last in-person St. John Auction was in 2019 and was one of our best-attended events. Do you know how many people attended? If you guessed 370 people, you are correct…370 St. John parents, friends, and family came out to support the auction and raise money for the school!

Auction Seating

Speaking of auction attendance, we are excited to continue to move forward with our plans for an in-person event on Friday, April 8 at Fremont Studios.*  Start thinking about your tablemates, as tickets will go on sale beginning February 25. You might be ahead of the game and have your table of 10 set already….wonderful! If not, you have time. Start talking to people and create a seating plan. What if you cannot find a group of people? No worries, we have you covered. The auction team can seat you with or near other parents of your child’s grade. Regardless of who you sit by, the auction is a great way to meet new people and enjoy an evening out!

*While we are planning for an in-person event, should Covid take us back in time, we will be prepared to implement format changes if necessary.

Auction Night Volunteers

For such a large event, we need many volunteers on April 8 to make this a success. If you would like to volunteer on April 8th, please check out the Sign Up Genius.

We are also in search of two very talented and organized people to work the event as Volunteer Leads. If you are interested in this important volunteer role, please reach out to Karen and Andrea at fundraising@st-johnschool.org.

Procurement – Thank You

Thank you to all of the families who procured items or donated to the auction. Whether it was an individual family donation or part of a larger grade item, we appreciate your generosity. If you missed the procurement deadline, please consider a making a monetary donation on our cash donation page.

Thank You, Sponsors!

Thank you to all of our amazing sponsors. Your generosity helps reduce our overall auction costs so that more money raised goes directly back to the school. Please join us and thank these families when you see them around campus or in the neighborhood!
