The Archdiocese of Seattle is conducting a survey to assist schools in raising a potential $1000 per student for each form returned, to be used for technology needs. The survey form must be returned to Diane Crockett in the school office, not later than Friday, September 16.
Rest assured that your information will be kept strictly confidential. All names will be removed from the survey by Mrs. Crockett prior to submission to the Archdiocese.
Funds generated remain with the school of the students’ attendance. Thank you in advance for participating in this important opportunity!
