Support Girls on the Run of Puget Sound and girls in the community by signing up to participate in the Spring 5K as a Community Runner! Our 5K is an untimed, non-competitive, female empowerment event that is open to everyone; including families and strollers. Unfortunately, our new venue does not support pets/dogs!
