Beginning July 2017, families choosing to make payments in the form of mailed checks to Smart Tuition Management, will receive invoices via email. Up to now, families choosing this option were mailed a physical invoice.
The majority of families at St. John School choose Auto Debit Bank Account (checking, savings, MM, etc.) or Auto Debit Credit Card Account (incurs an additional transaction fee). If you are currently on the Invoice option (includes Bill Payer services) and would like to change to an automatic payment, you can make adjustments by accessing your Smart account at www.parent.smarttuition.com. In addition, you can contact Smart at (888) 868-8828 or Diane Crockett in the school office, 206-783-0337.
