  • Made Sewing Beginning/Intermediate Sewing Club (Mondays)     Let’s jump into the exciting world of sewing! In this club, we use both our hands and our handy machines to make oodles of fun projects that may include emojis, pajamas, aprons, messenger bags, zipper totes, infinity scarves, monsters and much, much, more. On the first day of class, we survey our young sewists to come up with projects that are both fun and challenging for their experience level and interest. This is a class for both beginners and intermediate. We will have two projects at a time, one for beginners and one for intermediate sewists. Begins 10/9 and takes place at Made Sewing Studio on 85th (we walk the students from the school over) https://madesewing.com/collections/after-school-programs/products/stjohnbeg17-18
  • Made Sewing Advanced Sewing Club (Friday)     We are super excited to begin another session of our after school sewing club! We call this session our Choose Your Own Sewing Adventure class! The Friday session is for seasoned sewists that are ready to launch into long and advanced projects. In this session, the students will choose their own individual projects and work through them with our help. We leave it up to them to choose their project but do try to guide them to projects that will advance their skills without overwhelming them. This session will be limited to 6 students so that we may delve further into more complicated sewing projects, learn cutting, and pattern reading. Begins 9/29 and takes place at Made Sewing Studio on 85th (we walk the student from the school over)  https://madesewing.com/collections/after-school-programs/products/stjohnadv17-18
