• What You Need to Know to Sign up for ACA Healthcare Coverage    Open Enrollment begins November 1 and ends December 15, 2017. Insurance plans are available for the coming year but you MUST sign up before December 15. There is a minimum penalty of $695 for not having health insurance. For Washington State go to www.wahealthplanfinder.org and either apply for coverage or find/request application help from a navigator.  Assistance is found under customer support; you may also call 206-296-4841 for help.
