LAST CHANCE FOR FREE DRESS – Week before Christmas break
If you would like your child to wear FREE DRESS next week, please visit the Auction webpage to pay by credit card or send a check for $25 per student payable to St. John Auction to the school office by December 15. All money raised by this fun Auction item supports the school’s operating budget. Parents will receive an email reminding your student that they may come to school December 18-20 in free dress. Auction Wine Tasting
Save the Date! Please join us for the St. John Auction Wine Tasting on Friday, January 19, at 7 pm in Egan Hall. We will have over 25 amazing wines to sample, and you can cast your vote for your favorite wine to be offered at the Gala Dinner in April. If you like what you taste, you may purchase a bottle or two to take home! We will have savory and sweet bites, beer and non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy. Grab a friend and join the fun. Tickets to this event will go on sale Friday, December 15. We will need some volunteers to share their time and talent with us to help set up, serve, clean up and donate food – the signup genius will be coming soon! All proceeds will go to the school’s operating budget.

WHY DO WE HAVE AN AUCTION EVERY YEAR?
Some people ask why we have an Auction every year. In order to continue to be a Fair Share school and keep tuition as low as fiscally responsible, we need to raise money for the Operating Budget. The money that we raise every year is deposited directly into the school’s Operating Budget, helping to pay fair wages to our teachers and staff, stay current on technology and instructional materials, improve and expand programs, and more; the money does not go into reserves or the Endowment.
