The Auction is on Friday, April 3 at Fremont Studios! Tickets are on sale and available for purchase on-line. Please note in the comment box with whom you would like to sit and remember to make your meal selection.
We are offering two ticket levels:
- Purple (standard) ticket – $115 per person and includes a delectable dinner from Kaspar’s Catering, hosted wine from Gifford Hirlinger, and After-Party entertainment.
- Gold (VIP) ticket – $150 per person, and in addition to the above, will include a St. John Umbrella, a Signature Cocktail, and more.
Tables seat ten, so please remember to include with whom you would like to sit or your grade level in the comments box when you order your tickets. Ticket prices will increase on Friday, March 20, so don’t delay! We look forward to seeing you at the Auction on Friday, April 3 at Fremont Studios.
If you would like to sponsor a teacher to attend the event, “Sponsor a Teacher” tickets are also available for you to purchase and donate.
Looking for an updated family photo? Or maybe a session with visiting grandparents or your favorite teammates? Our St. John community is incredibly lucky to have three very talented professional photographers: Jenny Lee, Emily Truong, and Anna Redmond, who are here to help you with that much-needed portrait session this Spring!
On Saturday, March 21, our three photographers will be setting up shop on the St. John School campus from 3-7pm. You can sign up for one or more fifteen-minute photo sessions. The cost of each session, which includes one digital image, is $50.00. These sessions can be with close family, school friends, grandparents or with your favorite pet! The photoshoots will all occur in the green space between the church and admin building – a perfect location to both capture your favorite people and your time at St. John. Refreshments will be provided! Please note that the photo mini-sessions will be in lieu of student candid photos this year.

Raffle tickets were sent home with your youngest child last Friday. Every ticket, sold and unsold, must be returned by no later than April 3. The drawing for the $2,500 cash prize will be held on the night of the Auction. Thank you for your support of St. John School!
