Enrollment for 2021/2022

Enrollment for the 2021/2022 school year is around the corner!  Make sure you are ready:

  • State of the Parish – Attendance at one of the State of the Parish presentations is required of parish families with students enrolled in St. John School to maintain eligibility for parish tuition status.  Out-of-parish families are welcome to attend but are not required to do so.  Learn about plans for the parish/school community, accomplishments over the past year, and celebrate together the wonderful community of St. John the Evangelist.  Presentations will be virtual.  A link will be provided.
  • State of the School – Attendance is mandatory for all school families at State of the School.  Learn about plans for the new school year, accomplishments over the current school year, and Cost to Educate (tuition) for the 2020/2021 school year.  You will have an opportunity to ask questions and receive enrollment instructions.  Presentations will be in January 2021.  Families will be notified at a later date as to whether presentations will be in-person or virtual.
  • Financial Aid Application Deadline – January 4, 2021, is the deadline to submit your application for financial aid.  All applications will require uploading your 2019 tax forms to the Fulcrum/FACTS website.  Need help with the upload?  Contact Diane Crockett in the school office.
    • Parish families pledging below the suggested parish tuition rate are strongly encouraged to apply for the Fulcrum Foundation grant through FACTS.
      • Awards do not lower your tuition pledge but help make up the difference between your pledge and the cost to educate.
    • Out of Parish families requesting financial aid apply through Fulcrum/FACTS and submit the attached request form directly to Diane Crockett in the school office, hard copy, or via email.
      • Awards from Fulcrum/FACTS and from St. John School lower your tuition obligation.
