Catholic Schools Week (#CSW21) culminates in Spirit Day on Friday! This is the one day of the year when certain exceptions are made to the dress code, so go on, wear your Purple and Gold with pride! Students are invited to wear:
- St. John sport jerseys
- Athletic attire – purple and gold colors encouraged
- Shorts (length just above the knee)
- Colored nail polish
- Colored hair
- Limited face paint
We ask families to consider a canned food donation to support our St. Vincent DePaul food pantry. Food items will be collected by eighth-graders during our Purple and Gold Walking and Drive-Thru Parades.
Students in Grades K-2 and XDC: Walking Parade, 10:55-11:30am
- Dress in purple and gold! Show off your school spirit!
- Eighth-graders will line the parade route, to cheer on the students and collect donated food items
Students in Grades 3-7: Drive-Thru Parade
- Students in grades 3-4 and 5th Grade Kelley, 11:45am-12:15pm
- Students in grades 6-7 and 5th Grade Sandstrom, 12:15-12:45pm
- Decorate your car! Show off your school spirit! Parade Route starts on 79th Street heading west, our normal school drop-off/pick-up pattern. Students, bring a canned food item to donate. Eighth-graders will line the parade route and collect donated food items.
