Knights of Columbus Fish Dinner – COVID Style! There is no better way to celebrate Mardi Gras than with a little bit of lagniappe – free dinner! On February 16, 2021, the Knights will serve two pieces of wild Alaskan Pollock fried to crispy golden perfection with tartar sauce, a serving of “chips” (French fries), and a side of coleslaw for dinner.
