WATT is a non-profit dedicated to introducing girls, in grades 4-8, to computer science. WATT aims to create a safe environment for learning and exploring at K-8 schools in the greater Seattle area while providing strong female role models in the form of our student volunteers with a focus on girls empowering girls. This fall WATT will be running an 8 Week Virtual Session where students can learn the basics of website development through coding in HTML and CSS. By the end of the program, students will have created their own website which is accessible on the internet. The Zoom meetings will be every Monday from 09/27/2021 until 11/15/2021 from 3:30pm to 5:00pm. Attached is an informational flyer. For more information, access the website.
