Auction Night Volunteers

For such a large event, we need many volunteers on April 8 to make this a success.  If you would like to volunteer on April 8, please check out the Sign Up Genius. We are also in search of two talented and organized people to work the event as Volunteer Leads. If you are interested in this important volunteer role, please reach out to Karen and Andrea at fundraising@st-johnschool.org.

Auction Attire

St. John families like to dress up!  Many people have asked how they should dress for the auction. Since the theme, Back to the Future, covers several decades, it’s really up to you. You can go back to the “Enchantment Under the Sea” dance in 1955 or you could dress like it’s 1985 when Back to the Future was set, or you could wear semi-formal attire. There are many possibilities!

Auction Items

If you have not yet dropped off your physical auction item donations, please bring them to the Parish Office Building or Main School Building as soon as possible. Items will be photographed on Monday, March 7. If you missed the procurement deadline, please consider making a monetary donation on our cash donation page. Thank you!

Thank You, Sponsors!

Thank you to all of our amazing sponsors. Your generosity helps reduce our overall auction costs so that more money raised goes directly back to the school. Please join us and thank these families when you see them around campus or in the neighborhood!
