It’s finally time to go Back to the Future! The St. John School Auction, presented by Fremont Dock Co. is TOMORROW at Fremont Studios. We cannot wait to see you! Thank you for your donations, your volunteer time, your talent, and your support. It’s going to be a great night! Doors open at 5pm, and we’ll kick the night off with our Spotlight Silent auction and cocktail reception. Learn more about the evening lineup in the auction catalog.
The school is asking all auction attendees to perform a rapid antigen test on Friday, before arrival at Fremont Studios. No proof of test is necessary. We trust you will do your part to keep our community gathering safe. Rapid test kits are available to pick up from Mrs. Q. in the main office any time this week.
- Registration: Auction guests must register their credit card before entry into the live event. Save time at the door, and register your credit card by clicking on the green box at the bottom of the Registration Page.
- Parking: Pay lot parking is located across the street from the main entrance of Fremont Studios with an additional pay lot at the west end of the block. There is limited street parking around the venue. Please consider carpooling or even better, grab an Uber.
- Auction Catalog: Our 2022 Auction Catalog is now available here! Take a look for auction event details including the Evening Program, Fund-a-Need, Live, Spotlight, and Class Art items. Please note that printed catalogs will not be provided. You are welcome to download and print a copy. For your convenience, catalog QR codes will be available at your auction table and throughout the venue.
- Auction Item Distribution: All auction items (Live, Spotlight and Online) will be available for pick-up in the Parish Admin Building on Tuesday, April 12, and Wednesday, April 13, from 8:15am – 4:00pm. We ask that auction guests do not take their items from Fremont Studios unless you have made special arrangements with Guest Services.

Remember to sell and turn in your raffle tickets for a chance to win a $2,500 cash prize. Raffle tickets are $5 each, and the drawing will be held on Friday, April 8 at the live event. All sold and unsold tickets must be turned into the School Office or the Parish Admin Building by April 8. FREE DRESS THIS FRIDAY for students of families who have turned in their SOLD OR UNSOLD tickets!
