38th Annual St. John School Auction
Happy New Year! St. John School turns 100 this year, and our auction will be held on St. Patrick’s Day. Combine those two events and you have an amazing fun-filled community celebration! Save the date for March 17, 2023, at Fremont Studios. Be sure to visit this week’s Auction News for a special New Year’s greeting from Principal O’Leary.
Upcoming Dates
The auction is only 2.5 months away. Principal O’Leary said it best, “The days are getting longer, and the time to ‘Shake Your Shamrock’ is getting shorter!” Below are some upcoming dates to help get you ready for the big day:
- January 27 – Final procurement deadline. Remember to turn in your items and submit your procurement forms by January 27. Need ideas? Vsit the Donation Guide. We are especially in need of bottles of wine for our Wine Grab game (valued at $20 or more), gift cards, and cash donations.
- January 27 – Final sponsorship deadline. There is still time to become an auction sponsor. If you own a company or know of a business that would welcome an opportunity for weekly marketing and exposure at the live event, please send them our way! We appreciate our sponsors and their commitment to St. John. Sponsorship proceeds help support the costs of running this large event.
- February 3 – Auction tickets go on sale. Tickets can be purchased beginning at 8am at Greater Giving.
- March 17 – Shake Your Shamrock auction at Fremont Studios!
