Wellness Committee
Don’t forget – tomorrow is the first Try Me Day! The Wellness Committee, along with Chef Michael and the kitchen team, will host its first Try Me Day in the lunchroom tomorrow, Friday, January 20. Students will learn about the nutritional benefits of the foods they sample, get recipes to incorporate these foods into meals, and vote on the likability of the food. We hope to get children excited about healthy eating!
Hot Lunch
Check out the menu, and order now. The ordering portal closes on Thursday, January 26, at 11:58pm. Recall, late orders and changes to orders will not be accepted once the portal is closed.
SAVE THE DATE: Spirit Lunch, on Friday, February 3, is provided to all students at no cost! Thank you, PA. Students do not have to order this lunch through the ordering portal and may bring cold lunch if they choose. A gluten-free and vegan option is available; please have the student inform the kitchen staff when picking up lunch on February 3.
Last Day of School
To accommodate a large-scale ventilation project in the main building, the school closing date has been changed. The last day of school is now Wednesday, June 14, with dismissal at 10:30am. Please plan accordingly. Detailed information can be found in this post.
