Event Registration
Auction guests must register their credit card prior to entry into the live event. Save time at the door, and register your card by clicking the green box at the bottom of the Registration Page.  

Online Auction
The Online Auction is opening soon! Online bidding will begin Monday, March 13 at 7am, and close on Sunday, March 19, at 9pm. Look for an email THIS FRIDAY with the link to our Greater Giving Bidding page. Here you will be able to bid online, learn about this year’s Fund-a-Need and preview Live items, Spotlight Silent items and Class Art projects. 

Volunteer Sign-Up
Shake Your Shamrock as a volunteer! We need more help between 5-9pm. There are also volunteer roles for high school students. Visit the sign-up here. We are most in need of: 

  • Food & Wine Servers: This saves the school $150 per volunteer! 5-9pm; 7 more slots available
  • Golden Ticket & Vacation Raffle Sellers: Sell raffle charms during the Cocktail Reception; 5-7pm; 3 more slots available
  • Wine Grab Game: Sell and manage the Wine Grab game: 5-7pm; 1 more slot available
  • Clean up (High School Student volunteer opportunity!): Help with clean-up during and after the live event; 14 more slots available.

Raffle Tickets 
Sell those raffle tickets and turn them in for a chance to win a $2,500 cash prize! Raffle tickets are $5 each. The drawing for the cash prize will be held during the live auction on March 17. You need not be present to win. All sold and unsold tickets must be turned into the School Office or the Parish Admin Building by March 17.  FREE DRESS on March 17 for all students who turn in their tickets – sold or unsold! If you would like additional tickets, please email amarquez@st-johnschool.org.

If you submitted a procurement form but have not yet dropped off the items that go with it, please bring them to the Parish Admin Building or School Office as soon as possible.

Your party of 16-20 adults will start off the festivities with golfing at Interbay, followed by a Caddyshack-themed costume party at the Riley home in Olympic Manor. With party hosts Ethan Stowell, VP Pablo, and PA Allan, you and your guests are sure to be entertained. Heavy appetizers and cocktails included.
