It’s time to Shake Your Shamrock! The St. John School Auction is this Friday at Fremont Studios. Doors open at 5pm, and we’ll kick off the night with our Spotlight Silent Auction and Cocktail Reception. A few things you need to know before you shake your way to the event:
Registration and Parking
Auction guests must register their credit card prior to entry into the live event. Save time at the door, and register your card by clicking the green box at the bottom of the Registration Page. Pay lot parking is located across the street from the main entrance of Fremont Studios with an additional lot at the west end of the block. Spaces are limited so we encourage you to carpool or grab an Uber/Lyft.
Online Auction
The Online Auction is now OPEN! Visit https://sjess2023.ggo.bid to bid online, preview Live items, Spotlight items, and Class Art projects and learn about Fund-a-Need: Play-Pit Upgrade! The online auction closes on Sunday, March 19 at 9pm. Student Sign-Up Parties are back, thanks to our wonderful teachers! From “Preschool Movie & Popcorn” Parties to a “Middle School Afternoon of Fun,” there is a party for every grade level. Spaces are limited and can be purchased online only. See item numbers 5502-5512 for more details and to purchase a spot. Also making a return this year is Bingo Night! Bingo will be on Friday, March 31 in Egan Hall. View the 2023 Auction Catalog here! Inside you will find all event details including the Evening Program, Fund-a-Need, Live, Spotlight and Class Art Items. Printed catalogs will not be provided. You are welcome to download and print a copy. Catalog QR codes will be posted at your table and throughout the venue for your convenience.
Raffle Tickets – FREE DRESS ALERT
Remember to sell your raffle tickets and turn them in for a chance to win a $2,500 cash prize! Raffle tickets are $5 each. The drawing for the cash prize will be held during the live auction on March 17. You need not be present to win. All sold and unsold tickets must be turned into the School Office or the Parish Admin Building by March 17. FREE DRESS on March 17 for all students of families who turn in their tickets – sold or unsold!
Item Distribution
All auction items (Live, Spotlight, and Online) will be available for pickup in the Parish Admin. Building on Wednesday, March 22, and Thursday, March 23, from 8:15am-4pm. We ask that auction guests do not take their items from Fremont Studios.
