Student/Parent/Teacher Conferences 2023
The 2023 Student/Teacher/Conferences must be important; posts about it have been in NewsViews for the past several weeks. Here’s a reminder: if you haven’t done so, sign up for the 2023 Student/Teacher/Conferences soon. The deadline to do so is Monday, 10/30. Please read the following carefully. This year, conferences will be in person. Teachers set aside this time to conduct conferences because they value the opportunity to meet with students and parents in person to ensure the student’s academic progress and success. Virtual options will not be offered unless a medical or family emergency necessitates it.
- Wednesday, 11/1: Noon Dismissal for Students. Conferences 1-3:30pm
- Thursday, 11/2: 10am-6pm
- Friday: 11/3: 9am-1pm
Ms. Rzegocki is holding her conferences outside of the stated conference window. Please pay close attention to her availability.
Deadline: The deadline to sign up for conferences is 10/30 (The deadline has passed to sign up for Ms. Rzegocki’s conferences).
Sign Up: Review the available slots and choose the time that works best for you and your family. Please double-check that you are signed up with the correct teacher.
Middle School Families: Sign up for a conference with your child’s homeroom teacher. If there is a specific need, you may conference with one additional teacher.
Student Support Team: Students receiving services from the Student Support Team will be contacted directly to schedule an in-person conference.
- Mrs. McCarthy offers optional conferences for students in reading support in kindergarten through grade two. Due to the limited number of slots, only parents who have not already met with Mrs. McCarthy this fall will receive her sign-up.
