Have You RSVP’d to Principal O’Leary’s Celebration?

It’s going to be a big celebration! To prepare for the May 19 reception, we need to confirm if you are attending. Please RSVP by May 6. Mass will start at 10:30am with a “Brunch Bites” reception and entertainment to follow in Egan Hall.

We need parent volunteers to help make this event memorable for Principal O’Leary. Please sign up to support the planning team.

CYO Track and Field

Registration for CYO Track and Field grades 4-8 is open! The registration fee is $60. Financial aid is available; please contact Jonna Skokan at jskoskan@st-johnschool.org.

Track and Field is a volunteer-led sport, and this year we have a few asks:

  • We are looking for a Volunteer Coordinator. This person will help coordinate the volunteers for our 4 track meets.
  • Field Coach (throwing and jumping): If someone is interested, we are happy to provide training.
  • CYO Track is looking for a Track Meet Announcer. This person will be the announcer during Track Meets.

Agape Summer 2024 Service Projects

Information, including dates, times, and registration, for the Agape Summer Service projects can be found here. Partnering with Agape and Assumption Parish in Bellingham, these one-day service projects are a meaningful way to foster service, community, and prayer as participants encounter Christ and uphold the dignity of our farmworker brothers and sisters.

Art Summer Camps with Ms. Kay

Join Ms. Kay for Art Camps this summer! The deadline to register is May 3. Details:

  • Ages 6-12
  • Dates: June 17, 18, 20 & 21 (no class June 19)
  • Students signed up for both sessions will stay with Ms. Kay for lunch and should pack a cold lunch, snacks and a water bottle.
  • Fee: $305. Refunds will not be issued after 05/15/24, and fees will not be prorated if the student registers after classes start, stops instruction before the end of the program, or misses class for illness, sports, trips, etc.
    • Art Summer Camp, Morning Session, Mixed Media Explorations
      • Time: 9:30am-12:30pm. Register here.
