Parent/Student/Teacher Conferences 2024
In-Person 2024 Parent/Student/Teacher Conferences: Please read carefully. Teachers set aside conference time because they value the opportunity to meet with students and parents in person to ensure the student’s academic progress and success. Virtual options will not be offered unless a medical or family emergency necessitates it. The deadline to sign up is 10/21/24. Please do not ask for teachers to meet with you outside the designated conference days.
- Wednesday, 10/23: Noon dismissal for students. Conferences 1-3:30pm

Student Support Team: Students receiving services from the Student Support Team will be contacted directly to schedule an in-person conference.
- Mrs. McCarthy offers optional conferences for students in reading support in kindergarten through grade two. Due to the limited number of slots, only parents who have not already met with Mrs. McCarthy this fall will receive her sign-up.
- Mrs. Overa offers conferences for students in her homeroom and for students in learning support. Due to the limited number of slots, we invite parents who have NOT met with Mrs. Overa to sign up.
XDC: Extended Day Care is open on Conference Days for pre-registered students. These days are not part of the October contracted days. Register early: priority is given to existing XDC students, and space is limited. Contact Rachelle Overby or Kathryn Chandler, XDC Co-Directors, to inquire.
