No need for gowns or jackets so tight,
This year’s event is casual and light!
The dress code’s changed, it’s a tropical plight,
Linen and pastels, feeling just right.
Boat shoes are cool, no socks on your feet,
A yacht rock vibe, can’t be beat!
No sit-down dinner, no ties to be found,
Just mingling and grooving all around.
Live auction’s shorter, the program’s a breeze,
But the fun’s the same, if you please!
Still got great items, and art from each class,
Food and drinks to fuel the sass.
Hang with your friends, bid high and have fun,
Raising money for St. John, ’til the day is done!
