Catholic Schools Week – Updated Schedule!
Catholic Schools Week (#CSW25) starts this Sunday! Please join us at the 10:30am Mass and Open House on Sunday, 1/26, to kick off our CSW celebration!
- Sunday, January 26
- Dress Uniform
- Mass, 10:30am and Open House to follow
- Bake Sale Fundraiser for LA Fire Victims, 11:30am-1pm: Please consider volunteering to help our 6th graders with the bake sale.
- $1 per item. Cash and Venmo accepted – https://venmo.com/u/StJohntheEvangelist-Seattle / @StJohntheEvangelist-Seattle. For Venmo donations, please use 1716 to verify the last numbers and “Gr. 6 Bake Sale” for description.
- Book Fair, 11:30am-1:30pm: Help us kick off Catholic Schools Week by visiting the St. John library (Portable 40). St. John will receive a portion of the sales in credit at Phinney Books to help build our library collection!

- Tuesday, January 28 – Minds Prepared with a Growth Mindset

- Wednesday, January 29 – Celebrate Staff and Teachers (No flowers, please)
- Beach Attire (No swimsuits or flip flops. Attire should be consistent with our values as outlined in our uniform policy.)
- Thursday, January 30 – Acting for the Common Good
- Dress as a Teacher or Your Future Self
- Bring a Donation to Unbound or donate online here: One of the ways our students live out the school mission of acting for the common good is by supporting a global “classmate” through Unbound.
- All students will participate in a classroom Rock Paper Scissors tournament to celebrate raising funds for our Unbound classmates! One student will be crowned the first-ever St. John School Rock Paper Scissors Champion on Spirit Day!
- Friday, January 31 – Celebrate Students – Spirit Day / Purple & Gold Day
- Dress in Purple and Gold
