Eucharistic Ministers Needed!

The Eucharist is the source and summit of the Christian life. The term “Eucharist” originates from the Greek word eucharistia, meaning thanksgiving. It is a privilege that the Eucharist is available to us in both forms at every Mass at St. John. However, we are struggling to fill all the slots in the EM schedule every weekend. We have not recovered all of our volunteer ministers since COVID. We need more volunteers.

All Confirmed Catholics can be Eucharistic ministers. The training is minimal, and you can choose to serve when you are available. Please contact Lauren Exnicios for more information. Thank you!

You are warmly invited to join the Irish community for Seattle’s annual St. Patrick’s Day Mass at 6pm on Monday, March 17, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Celebrate St. Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland, who helped spread Christianity and taught people about the Holy Trinity using a shamrock. His faith and dedication continue to inspire people today. Join us for this special Mass celebrating faith, community, and tradition. All are welcome!
