Thank you to everyone who attended our final Parent Association meeting of the year! It was a great time for us to come together as a community and celebrate the year. If you missed the meeting or would like to review what was discussed, check out the meeting notes.
As we look ahead to the 2025–2026 school year, we’re seeking two more people to step into roles on our PA leadership team. It’s a great way to get more involved and support our community.
- Web and Graphics Lead: Maintain the Parent Association website and create graphics for PA-led events and web content. WordPress and Canva skills helpful but not required.
- Volunteer Lead: Point person for volunteer opportunities (not responsible for filling all volunteer needs), create PA event SignUpGenius forms, and implement the current volunteer handbook as needed.

Back to School BBQ
We are kicking off planning for the Back to School BBQ, a community favorite event and a wonderful way to reconnect with our community as we return from summer. We’d love your help with this event! Join our first planning meeting on Monday, June 9 at 8:30am in the Admin Building. If you are unable to attend but would like to be part of the planning team, please email us at Parent_Association@st-johnschool.org. We will meet once a month over the summer to finalize details.
