Parent/Student/Teacher Conferences 2025

2025 In-Person Parent/Student/Teacher Conferences: Please read carefully. Teachers set aside this time to conduct in-person conferences because they value the opportunity to meet with parents and students in person to ensure the student’s academic progress and success. Virtual options will not be offered unless a medical or family emergency necessitates it.

  • Wednesday, 10/22: 1-3:30pm
  • Thursday, 10/23: 10am-6pm
  • Friday: 10/24: 9am-1pm

Deadline: The deadline to sign up for conferences is Monday, 10/20. Please do not ask teachers to meet with you outside the designated conference days.

Sign Up: Review the available slots and choose the time that works best for your family. Check that you are signed up with the correct teacher.

Middle School Families: Sign up for a conference with your child’s homeroom teacher. If there is a specific need, you may conference with one additional teacher.

Student Support Team: Students receiving services from the Student Support Team will be contacted directly to schedule an in-person conference.
