Auction 2026 – Attention, all St. John Campers!

It’s time to pack your backpacks and grab your fishing poles for the 2026 Auction and your camp directors, Ainslie Clark and Courtney Blair, are thrilled to lead the campers this year! We can’t wait to navigate the trails and sit around the campfire with you to raise funds for our beloved St. John School. This year’s theme is “Camp Soaring Eagle,” to be held at Fremont Studios on March 27, 2026! 

The auction website is your trail map to Camp Soaring Eagle! It’s packed with dates, info, and all the excitement you can handle. Last year’s auction raised over $443,000 – that’s enough to buy almost 89,000 boxes of graham crackers! – which went straight to refreshing technology supplies for St. John students and teachers, updating curriculum, and new furniture.

We’re counting on everyone to show their camp spirit this year by donating an item, lending a hand volunteering, or just coming ready to party! A reminder that as part of the St. John Fair Share tuition contract, families are asked to contribute or procure $250 for the Auction. Think of it as your camp dues – no Kitchen Patrol duty required!

Auction Q&A Session – Friday, November 14: Come to the PA meeting on Friday, November 14 in Egan Hall at 8:30am to learn more about the 2026 auction, how each class can help to make the event extra special, and how Auction Liaisons are crucial to our success. Auction Classroom Coordinators are encouraged to attend this meeting, but everyone is welcome. Please feel free to submit your auction questions before the meeting by emailing auction@st-johnschool.org.

2026 Business Sponsorship – Which Camp Activity Will You Sign Up For? Want to join us at Camp Soaring Eagle as a sponsor for our 41st annual Auction and help us make this year the best yet? Your sponsorship contribution helps underwrite the event costs, allowing more of the auction proceeds to directly support the school and our commitment to educational excellence. 

Sponsoring the auction provides your company with visibility to our school community as well as our broader Greenwood neighborhood. Your company will be featured at the event itself, in our auction catalog, our public banners outside the school and in our online community (school website, auction website, weekly emails, social media). And, if you sign up by December 12, we’ll throw in a 10% discount – consider it an early bird special!
