Will You Be Our Procurement Elves? Procurement is critical to the success of our auction. The more amazing items and packages donated to the event, the more money is raised, and the more money is donated to the Operating Fund!

*NEW THIS YEAR* – Due to Washington Liquor Control Board licensing updates, please DO NOT donate alcohol that you have purchased. You can request a donation from a winery or distillery, but please send the business name(s) as soon as possible to auction@st-johnschool.org.

Here are some other suggestions for how your family can fulfill your procurement commitment. 

1. Contribute to your class auction package. Please contact your class auction liaison to find out what may be needed to complete the package. 

2. Make a Cash Donation. Feel like sharing the good fortune? A little contribution would help support this camp. 

3. Donate an Item to the Auction. Gift cards? Weekends getaway homes? Sports tickets? These are all great ideas to keep the good times rolling in our auction catalog. And don’t forgot to submit your procurement form.

Sponsorship: Your sponsorship helps cover event costs and ensures more of the proceeds go directly to supporting our school. Plus, you’ll get some serious visibility – we’ll feature your company at the event, in our auction catalog, and all over our online channels (website, auction site, weekly emails, social media…the works!).
