Re-Enrollment for Returning Families

Returning families should have received the “Re-Enrollment for Returning Families is Open” email after the Thursday, 1/22, State of the School presentation. (If you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder.)

  1. Attendance at the State of the School is required for all families intending to re-enroll a student(s). If you missed the State of the School presentation, a recording is available during the re-enrollment process.
  2. Log in to your Finalsite Parent Portal account at https://st-johnschool.fsenrollment.com/users/sign_in
  3. Once you log in, select ‘Continue Enrollment Process’ to begin the enrollment process for each student. Enroll your OLDEST student first.
  4. Complete the Intent to Enroll form.
  5. Then complete and submit the following Enrollment forms:
    • Fair Share Tuition Contract – you must submit the oldest student’s contract first
    • Medical Information
    • Emergency & Pick Up List Contact Information
    • Baptismal and Demographic Information
  6. Complete the Enrollment Checklist for each student who will be re-enrolling for the 2026-2027 school year.

The non-refundable Registration Fee is a per-family payment and is accessible when the oldest student’s contract is submitted.

Note:  if you have a new sibling applying to St. John, complete re-enrollment for your current student before submitting an application for the new sibling. New siblings of current families have priority consideration for placement before new families to St. John. The deadline to submit an application for a new sibling is February 4, 2026. 

Childcare (XDC): if your family needs childcare for the 2026-2027 school year, submit the Request to Register form, https://extended.st-johnschool.org/, as soon as possible. Note: Completion of this form does not guarantee placement in Extended Daycare (XDC).
