Pick Up Medication At School: If your student has medication that is kept at school, please pick it up from the front office this next week, or by Thursday, June 18 at the latest. The front office will be staffed from 9am-1pm the week of June 15-18. If for any reason that will not be possible, please let me know so alternate arrangements can be made. 

If your student will need medication at school in the fall, please have their provider complete this medication authorization form before the first day of school.
