Calling All Middle School Singers!
This year, Cantiones Choir is open to students in grades 6-8! Our first rehearsal will be Monday, 10/5, from 3:05–3:45pm. in the church. Our first Mass will be Friday, 10/9, at 9am.
Students must submit a registration form before they can participate in Cantiones Choir. The deadline to register is Friday, 10/9.
What to Expect
- Rehearsals will be held once a month on Mondays to prepare for and support school liturgies.
- We will establish a rotating schedule for which grade will lead Mass after our first rehearsal.
- Please note that choir is a yearlong commitment.
- In addition to regular Masses, Cantiones Choir will support the school during Advent and at the Catholic Schools Week Sunday Mass in January.
We’re excited to welcome our middle school singers and share their gifts with our school community! Questions? Please email Mrs. Villanueva at mvillanueva@st-johnschool.org.
