Auction 2026: A Garden Gala

The auction team has been working this week to “plant” a new theme, and we are excited about the direction! Introducing the 2027 Auction – St. John Presents: A Garden Gala! Step into a world of botanical beauty and enchantment! We are leaning into our school theme and will transform Fremont Studios into an unforgettable garden oasis to support our school. It is going to be an incredible night of community, fun, and fundraising!

Here is a sneak peek at what is in store: 

  • The Silent Auction Botanical Garden: Step into a vibrant blooming paradise for our silent auction. Sip refreshments, browse and bid on incredible packages and works of art, and enjoy classic lawn games with fellow parents and family members in a relaxed, sun-dappled atmosphere! 
  • The Live Auction Enchanted Garden: As night falls, the energy shifts. We will move into the main event – a spectacular live auction wrapped in an otherworldly, glowing enchanted garden setting. Prepare for springtime delicacies, high-stakes bidding, and dazzling decor! 

Thinking about your garden attire? Here’s your chance to go garden glam or casual cultivator.

Your sponsorship helps to cover event costs and ensure more of the proceeds go directly to supporting our school. Plus, you’ll get some serious visibility – we’ll feature your company at the event, in our auction catalog, and all over our online channels (website, auction site, weekly emails, social media…the works!).

We’ve got a variety of sponsorship levels to suit your needs. And, if you sign up by December 4th, we’ll throw in a 10% discount – the early bird gets the worm!

We need the community’s help to put together great packages to bid on! Please check out the Donation Guide for ways to fulfill your $250 per family auction donation. Procure a great item, contribute to your class package or make a cash donation.
