Auction News – United in Faith and Community

Catholic Schools Week is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our vibrant faith community. This year’s theme, “United in Faith and Community,” highlights the strength we find in our shared beliefs and the bonds that connect us.

As part of our Catholic Schools Week festivities, yesterday, we celebrated both our auction theme and our community auction commitment. As you will see in your re-enrollment Fair Share contracts, all families are encouraged to honor their $250 tuition contract by donating or procuring items for the auction. To fulfill the Auction donation commitment, donate an experience, a gift card, a quality item; to your class auction package; bottles of wine valued at +$25; or $250 cash donation.

Please also consider joining the crew! Volunteers are needed to make this a fantastic event for the community. We are especially looking for parents/guardians to volunteer for the following roles:

  • Chair: Shadow our current auction co-chairs and prepare to take the helm next year!
  • Photographer: Capture the allure of our auction items through captivating photography.
  • Layout Designer: Design our annual auction catalog. We’re seeking a detail-oriented individual with expert InDesign skills to craft a visually stunning publication showcasing our amazing auction items. You’ll collaborate with our team to lay out the catalog, incorporating provided text and images, ensuring a cohesive and engaging design, and prepping files for print.
