No Junk Service Ends 10/28

I’m writing to inform you that as of Wednesday, October 28, St. John School will no longer be contracting with No Junk Inc. to provide a hot lunch program. While the quality of their menu offerings is appealing and nutritious, the service is not meeting the standards of our school community. I realize this decision will be a burden on the small percentage of families who utilize the program. Beginning Monday, November 2, all students will need to bring a sack lunch from home. We will continue to have our pizza fundraiser days scheduled throughout the year. The school will begin immediately the process of forming a task force to explore new options for food and beverage service for your child.  No Junk has promised to issue refunds for all lunch orders scheduled after October 27.
