Wishing you a blessed Advent!

I hope that you are enjoying a wonderful Thanksgiving, surrounded by family and friends. This brief post gives me another opportunity to say how thankful I am to each and every one of you. I feel very blessed to be a member of such a warm and welcoming community.

This weekend, the entire Catholic community begins preparations for the birth of Christ. The beautiful season of Advent is upon us. On Monday, the students will gather in church at 8:25 for prayer and the lighting of the Advent Candle. Please make sure to have your children in line promptly by 8:15. If you are late, you may check in at the office and walk your children to the church. Go in at the back doors. If the service has not started you may bring your child to where the class sits. If it has already started, please wait with your child at the back until the service is over. It will last about 10 minutes. Thank you.

The Parent Association is hosting Christmas Parties on Tuesday, December 1. You cannot make your busy schedule an excuse, as they are taking care of you by having both a morning and an evening party! Come and celebrate with fellow parents at 8:30 am or 6:30 pm — or both!

God bless you and your families,

Bernadette
