Safety Drills:
As part of the school’s ongoing efforts to update and improve our safety procedures, staff participated in a “Missing Student” drill on Monday, December 7 at 3:20pm.
This procedure forms part of the staff Safety Manual that is updated and reviewed annually. Drills are held frequently during the school year to ensure staff and student familiarity with specific roles and responsibilities. During Monday’s missing student drill, a staff member’s child played the role of the missing student. At no time during the drill did the student actually leave campus.
Car Safety:
The Parish and School have again been targets of car prowls. Car windows have been broken and personal belongings stolen. Please remember to leave no valuables in your car during Masses, Christmas programs, and during school drop- off and pick-up.
