Band, Curriculum Night, Gr. 7/8 Dances

This evening is intended for parents. Experience a day in the life of your student. Follow their daily schedule, meet teachers, hear about curriculum and what to anticipate during the 2017/2018 school year.
- BAND!!! Grades 5, 6, 7, 8
Beginning / Intermediate / Advanced In cooperation with Bishop Blanchet High School, Beginning/Intermediate and Advanced Band classes are available to students in grades 5 through 8. Band practice is held twice per week during students’ lunch period, each Monday and Wednesday school is in session. Time is provided for eating lunch. Cost is $55.00 per month.Cathrine Stadulis is the Band Director. Ms. Stadulis is originally from Kent, Ohio and earned a Bachelor’s in Music Education from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Although she is a woodwinds specialist (the clarinet is her instrument of choice) she can play every instrument and has more than 10 years experience teaching beginning and intermediate bands. Ms. Stadulis moved to the Seattle area about two years ago and most recently taught in the Bethel School District. The BBHS music staff and professional musicians from throughout the area will be on hand to give your child the greatest range of experience on every instrument that is offered in the Grade School Band Program. Representatives from Kennelly Keys will also be on site to help you with instrument rentals, if you do not have your own instrument.
