  • St. John School, Mariners Day!  Get your tickets now to watch a game between Seattle Mariners and Texas Rangers!  Our own Cantionis Choir will sing the National Anthem under the direction of Director Ellen Pepin-Cato.  Link here for more information and to purchase your tickets.
  • Summer at St. John School     Register now before summer offerings at St. John School are filled.  We are offering Cooking Club with Chef Michael and Crew, and two sessions of LEGO® education with Play-Well Teknologies.  Don’t delay – space is limited and filling.  If your child is also attending XDC during Club dates, XDC staff will escort to and from the Club at the appropriate time.
  • Concert with Seattle Symphony Members, Sunday, April 14, 2019, at 7pm     The Haller Lake Music Series presents The Brian Wharton Ensemble featuring Emilie Choi and Ingrid Fredrickson on violin, Joyce Ramee and Mike Watson on viola, and Brian Wharton and Andrea Chandler on cello. Concert entitled “Romantic Brothers,” Mendelssohn’s String Quartet in E Flat Major, Op. 12 and Brahms’s String Sextet No. 1 in B Flat Major, Op. 18.  Brahms and Mendelssohn are known for their soaring romantic melodies. Enjoy waves of magical phrases washing over you in a concert that celebrates life and beauty. Each work features an iconic movement. The Mendelssohn has the charming Canzonetta while the Brahms features a Hungarian theme and variations in the second movement.  Admission is by goodwill donation ($20 suggested for adults, $5 for students and children). You are invited afterwards to stay for a free reception (cookies and punch) across the hall where you’ll have a chance to chat with the artists. There is no need to dress up. There is plenty of free, off street parking.
