Now Announcing: The St. John 2020 Musical!

St. John School is pleased to announce that the St. John Middle School 2020 Musical is Disney’s, Beauty and the Beast Jr.!  This classic story tells of Belle, a young woman in a provincial town, and the Beast, who is really a young prince trapped under a spell.  If the Beast can learn to love and be loved, the curse will end, and he will be transformed into his former self.  Can Belle and the Beast break the curse?

All students from the 6th, 7th and 8th grades are eligible to be in, or work on St. John’s Middle School Musical!  This is an after school activity that includes daily rehearsals.

Interested middle school students attended an informational meeting yesterday, where they met director Craig Schieber from Stone Soup Theatre, and the production team including parent Kari Aguila, and St. John’s Assistant to the Chef, David Benefiel.

Parents interested in assisting with the production (set design, costumes, make-up, lighting, etc.) are encouraged to contact Paul Kelley.  For more information, see the attached flyer.
