Grab your tailgate gear and join us as we kick off the school’s 100th year at the Back-to-School BBQ! Complete with delicious barbeque, beverages, live music and awesome event partners, we invite the St. John School community to celebrate the start of the school year and our year-long centennial festivities!
Activities include parkour from Kong Academy, crafts with Cub Scouts, jams from the School of Rock, plus more! Families and children of all ages are welcome to join, and make sure to get your tickets early; tickets will not be available for purchase “at the door.” Feel free to bring your lawn chairs or blankets for communal seating.

- Cost – $15 per student / $50 per family – includes food and drinks. Financial Aid is available. Please contact Diane Crockett, dcrockett@st-johnschool.org, to inquire.
- The portal to purchase tickets is open. The deadline to purchase tickets is Tuesday, September 6. (Tickets will not be available for purchase “at the door.”)

Volunteers
We need volunteers to make the Back to School BBQ a great experience for all. From setting up to tearing down, and everything in between – we need your help, particularly food runners! Check out the sign-up form, and please volunteer (you do not need to have completed Safe Environment Training to volunteer at this event).
