New Parishioner Blessing & Reception
Did you know that over 62 families have joined St. John Parish since the middle of May 2022? Help us welcome them by coming to 5pm Mass on Saturday, May 13, where Fr. Crispin will offer a special blessing. After Mass, join us in the Parish Admin. Building for a reception to celebrate and welcome these new families to our wonderful St. John community.
Please Support the 2023 Annual Catholic Appeal!
The theme for the 2023 Annual Catholic Appeal is “Give and it will be given to you,” Luke 6:23. You should have received the letter from Archbishop Etienne this week inviting all of us to generously support the more than 60 essential ministries and shared services of the Archdiocese through the ACA. We look forward to having St. John parishioner and school parent, Helen McClenahan, share her personal story about why she supports the ACA each year. Helen will be speaking at all the masses on April 29 and 30. Thank you, Helen!
St. John’s goal this year is $87,833. Each dollar makes a difference in helping our many neighbors in need in the wider community of Western Washington. Please prayerfully consider how you can participate in helping our parish be a light to others. If you have already made your donation, we thank you.

Wine, Cheese after 5:00 pm Mass with Fr. Preejo
April 22 – As we continue to meet after the 5pm Vigil Mass on Saturdays, please join our visiting priest, Fr. Preejo, who is filling in for Fr. Crispin. Take this opportunity to get to know him; he has lots of interesting stories to share. This is also a way to get to know other members of the St. John Community.
April 29 – Fr. Preejo Paul is a member of one of the “non-Latin” rites of the Catholic Church and officiates mass at St. John with special dispensation (i.e., permission) from our local archbishop. Fr. Preejo will talk to us about non-Latin rites. Look for more information next week.
