On Campus Vaccination Clinic, 10/18

St. John School is partnering with Safeway/Albertsons Pharmacy to host an optional vaccination clinic for students on campus on Friday, October 18, during the school day. The flu vaccine (for ages 6 months and up) and the updated COVID vaccine (for ages 5 and up) will be available. Please read important registration steps below: 

  1. Registration (including consent) will be completed through Safeway’s online registration link: https://www.safeway.com/vaccinations/group-clinic/StJohnSchool10182024 or access the QR code.
  1. Registration will require choosing a time for vaccination; however, the student clinic schedule will be created by the school so any time can be chosen in the online link. 
  1. Students receiving the COVID vaccine MUST bring a copy of their insurance card to the clinic. Students will not be able to receive the COVID vaccine without insurance information. 
  1. The deadline to register is Monday, October 14. Late registrations will not be accepted.
