Back to School Parent Authorization Form

St. John teachers were delighted to greet students and families this afternoon! We hope you are excited about the upcoming school year too. The Back to School Checklist may prove helpful as you prepare for back to school.

Recall: families are required to review the handbooks/policies found on the Back to School Parent Authorization form and submit it by Monday, September 1, 2025. Submission of the form covers all students in the household and must be completed by the parent(s)/guardian(s).
