Greetings from WA, D.C.!

Check out the Facebook posts to see the places St. John students are visiting and the people they are meeting. Here in the other Washington, our eighth graders are seeing their history lessons come alive. Their experiences include a moving morning at the African American Museum, tours of the homes of our nation’s first and third presidents, they have seen the Lincoln Memorial and the Vietnam and Korean War Memorials. This morning we are heading to Gettysburg.  At each stop, the tour guides have been impressed at how informed the students are. Mr. Thomas has prepared them well!

The sixth grade is off line at Environmental Science Camp, and I am sure that they are experiencing all that the Northwest outdoors has to offer!  Link here for more photos.
