Health & Wellness Break: Drop Everything and Move

Thanks to Ms. Tsagalakis, the whole family can ‘spring into action’ with the April Drop Everything And Move (DEAM) Physical Activity Calendar.  Physical activity even in short bursts keeps the body healthy, clears the mind, and improves mental health by decreasing depression, anxiety, and loneliness.
