Don’t forget to order hot lunch for the last month of school! Do recall – all students are treated to a FREE DICK’S DRIVE-IN BURGER LUNCH on THURSDAY, JUNE 8!* Thank you Dick’s Drive-In and St. John School for sponsoring this final lunch of the year. Check out the menu, and order soon; the portal closes on May 25 at 11:58pm.
*Please make sure to order the free lunch for your student; we need an accurate count for Dick’s Drive-In lunch that day.
American Heart Association Kids Heart Challenge: Jump Rope for Heart
Though students participated in Jump Rope for Heart yesterday, there is still time to donate to the American Heart Association and support their HEART work!
- School Goal: 150 students registered
- Donation Due Date: Donate by Friday, May 26
- Special School Incentives:
- When 50 families are registered, we will earn 15 minutes of extra recess!
- When 100 families are registered, intermediate students will earn a free dress day!
- When we hit our goal of 150 families registered, a staff member will get a pie in the face!
- Top fundraisers will get to participate in a water balloon toss at teachers at the Jump-a-thon event!
- The top class each week will get the special traveling torch!
Uniform Exchange
Amazing volunteers have been working tirelessly to organize the Uniform Exchange for the St. John community. Stop by the Uniform Exchange in Portable 41 to find good uniform items. While you are there, please consider donating laundered uniform pieces in good repair that meet St. John School Uniform Policy requirements. Please do NOT donate items with stains, holes or have not been laundered.
