- REVIEW AND SUBMIT FORMS
- Back to School Parent Authorization Form: Parents and students must REVIEW school handbooks and policies and SUBMIT the Back to School Parent Authorization form prior to the start of the new school year.
- Safety Patrol, Grade Six: Sixth Grade Families must review the Safety Patrol service requirement for students in grade six and submit their schedule request by September 3.
- SCHOOL SUPPLIES: Students are encouraged to bring all school supplies on the Student Drop-In Day (August 28, 1-3pm) or the first day of school. Supplies may be purchased anywhere; however, St. John School participates in two “percentage back” programs: Yubbler and Office Depot/Office (information below).
