Please use the form below to let us know your plans for the next school year. The completion of this form is for planning purposes only and does not constitute enrollment for your student. Re-enrollment will begin in February. This form is intended for current St. John families only and should not be completed by families wishing to enroll students for the first time in St. John School. New families are encouraged to contact Jonna Skokan, jskokan@st-johnschool.org so they can be informed of the application process.
